Rh negatif ne demektir?<\/h4>\n

Her hangi bir zamanda kan grubuna bakt\u0131ran bir ki\u015finin sa\u011fl\u0131k kay\u0131tlar\u0131na yaz\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan e-nab\u0131z gibi sa\u011fl\u0131k veri tabanlar\u0131nda kan grubunuzu bulabilirsiniz. Plasenta<\/strong> i\u00e7inde bebe\u011fin kan\u0131 dola\u015f\u0131rken plasentan\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda rahime bakan y\u00fcz\u00fcnde anne aday\u0131n\u0131n kan\u0131 bulunur. Bebe\u011finizin kan grubunu do\u011fmadan \u00f6nce bilmek kolay olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi genellikle gerekli de de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n

Anne aday\u0131n\u0131n kan grubunun Rh – oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnelim. E\u011fer baba aday\u0131n\u0131n kan grubu da Rh – ise bebe\u011finiz Rh – olacakt\u0131r. Ancak baba aday\u0131 Rh + ise bebe\u011finiz Rh + veya Rh – olabilir. Bu durumda da bebe\u011finizin kan grubunu bilmemiz \u015fart de\u011fildir. E\u011fer anne aday\u0131 Rh – ise bebe\u011fin kan grubu ne oldu\u011funa bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n Rh + imi\u015f gibi koruma \u00f6nlemleri kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n

E\u011fer \u00f6nceki gebeli\u011finizde \u00f6nlem al\u0131nmam\u0131\u015f ve siz Rh + proteinlere kar\u015f\u0131 antikor \u00fcretmi\u015f iseniz \u015fimdiki bebe\u011finizin kan grubu \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131r. Bu durumda bebe\u011finizin kan grubunu bilmek gerekir. Bunun i\u00e7in \u00f6nceden kordosentez<\/strong> yap\u0131larak bebek kan\u0131 al\u0131n\u0131rd\u0131. Ancak bu y\u00f6ntem zahmetli ve tehlikelidir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde h\u00fccre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 DNA<\/strong> y\u00f6ntemi ile anne aday\u0131n\u0131n kan\u0131ndan bebe\u011fin kan grubu saptanabilmektedir. Bu y\u00f6ntem \u00e7ok ucuz olmamakla birlikte uygulanmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n

Anne aday\u0131 Rh – ise neler yap\u0131lacak?<\/h4>\n

Gebeli\u011fin ba\u015f\u0131nda kan grubunuzu bilmiyor veya emin de\u011filseniz kan grubunuza bakt\u0131rmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z.<\/p>\n

E\u011fer kan grubunuz Rh – ise macera ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Anne aday\u0131na IDCT (indirekt Coombs testi)\u00a0<\/strong>yap\u0131lacak. IDCT, anne aday\u0131n\u0131n daha \u00f6nce Rh proteiniyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131p antikor \u00fcretmi\u015f olma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterir. Bu kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fma her zaman do\u011fumla olmayabilir. Bu y\u00fczden anne aday\u0131 Rh – ise ilk gebeli\u011fi olsa da IDCT yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. IDCT pozitif ise anne aday\u0131n\u0131n kan\u0131nda antikor var ve bebek Rh + ise risk alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. IDCT – ise anne aday\u0131n\u0131 antikor olu\u015fumundan korumak gerekir.<\/p>\n

Anne aday\u0131n\u0131n IDCT – bulunmu\u015fsa gebelik seyrinde anne aday\u0131na anti D immun globulin<\/strong> yap\u0131l\u0131r. Bu, annenin kar\u015f\u0131la\u015faca\u011f\u0131 Rh proteinlerini h\u0131zla ba\u011flay\u0131p ortamdan uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece anne aday\u0131 antikor \u00fcretemez.<\/p>\n

IDCT negatif bulunarak anti D immun globulin yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015fsa do\u011fum sonras\u0131 bebe\u011fin kan grubuna bak\u0131l\u0131r. Anti D, bebek kan\u0131 ile annenin temas etmesi riski bulunan t\u00fcm durumlarda yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ba\u015fta do\u011fum<\/em> olmak \u00fczere, gebelik esnas\u0131nda kanama<\/em>, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck<\/em>, k\u00fcrtaj<\/em>, d\u0131\u015f gebelik<\/em>, gebelikte yap\u0131lan amniyosentez<\/em>, kordosentez<\/em>, CVS (plasenta biyopsisi)<\/em> gibi giri\u015fimsel i\u015flemlerden sonra anti D yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n
